·How do I know what style and size wig to order? When receiving your completed order form, we customize your DeeDee for you.  By including a current picture of yourself, we can put the order together to best suit you.

Check out our online order form which addresses the many variables that we need to build your wig.  We are adding an online store to our website very soon, which can help you visualize your dream wig.  In the meantime, please contact us directly so we can discuss you needs.

Wigs come in size x-small, small, medium, large & x-large.

as well, we can customize the wigs size based on the measurements we receive.

·How do I know what’s right for me? DeeDee will help you to choose the best hair, style, and color for your dream wig to achieve a result made to order for you and your needs.  DeeDee has many years of experience working with scores of satisfied customers from all over Israel and the world.

·Can I come into your Wig Gallery and try wigs on? Yes You are invited to visit our Wig Gallery.  We have a large selection of styles and colors.  We can also create a custom made DeeDee wig for you within 24 to 48 hours.  Please set up an appointment that we can provide you with the attention and service you deserve.

·Can your wigs be dyed and/or highlighted? DeeDee wigs can be dyed and highlighted. It is best to let experienced professionals do the coloring.  We recommend testing a small lock of hair on the underside of the wig before coloring to receive the most accurate results.

·Does DeeDee offer a return policy? Yes we do.  We offer a money-back guarantee for wigs purchased on-line if you are not completely satisfied with your wig.  Because of the personal nature of our product, we can only accept wigs postmarked within 3 days after you receive it, provided it is returned unaltered and unworn with original tags intact. Shipping is not refundable.  You may also exchange your wig within 3 days of receiving it for one up to the same value. Shipping is free when exchanging. There is no refund after purchase on a custom wig.

·Do you ship overseas? How is shipping calculated? Yes, we do!  There is a shipping calculator at checkout that is based on the buyer’s zip code.

·How quickly will my wig be shipped? when the wig is ready Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Based on the type of shipping you’ve chosen, your wig will arrive with the estimated transit schedule: 4 to 14 business days after shipping.

·How do I return a wig to DeeDee?

We stand behind our products, and our goal is for you to look and feel wonderful in your DeeDee.  If there are any issues with your wig, we will gladly work with you to correct them. Before shipping a repair, please let us know that you will be sending it.  When sending the package to us, please include your full name, billing/shipping address, order number, and email address. This information will help us get the repair to you as soon as possible. If you are exchanging your purchase for a new item, please tell us the style, size and color of the new item that you would like.

·Is there a warranty? Yes, DeeDee’s wigs are under warranty for 12-24 months against all manufacturing defects with a valid proof of purchase.  Warranty does not include wear and tear within reason.

·When does the warranty not apply?  We do not take responsibility for damages caused to the wig or lace band due to defective styling or cutting done outside of our salon.
